Una storia d’amore lunga 75 anni

Da 75 anni Carthusia vanta un legame particolare con Capri, come una vera e propria storia d’amore, e non solo perché qui è nata. È su questo scoglio che ancora oggi c’è il suo laboratorio di fragranze ed è dalla natura caprese che i profumi prendono vita. Un’esperienza olfattiva che raccoglie le essenze del Mediterraneo e le esalta in fragranze che dalla terra partono e alla terra ritornano per diventare uniche nel loro genere.
Proprio in occasione dei 75 anni dalla creazione del brand è nata una nuova boutique nel luogo più iconico dell’isola, la Piazzetta, e quella che per 60 anni è stata l’edicola del paese ospita ora la collezione di 17 Eau de Parfum Carthusia.
L’impegno di Carthusia, inoltre, prevede la valorizzazione della facciata e della torre dell’orologio a testimonianza della volontà dello storico marchio di tutelare il patrimonio sia naturale sia culturale dell’isola e per preservarne tradizioni e radici.

A love story that has lasted for 75 years

For 75 years Carthusia has boasted a special bond with Capri, like a true love story in fact, and not just because it started here. It is on this rock that it still has its perfumes workshop and it is from Capri’s natural flora that the perfumes are created. It is an olfactory experience that brings together the essences of the Mediterranean and develops them into fragrances that came from the land and return to the land, to become unique of their kind. On the occasion of the brand’s 75th anniversary, a new boutique has been set up in the most iconic place on the island, the Piazzetta: the shop that used to be the island’s newsagents for 60 years now houses the collection of Carthusia’s 17 Eau de Parfums. Carthusia’s commitment includes the improvement of the building’s facade and the clock tower, showing this historic brand’s determination to protect the island’s natural and cultural heritage and to preserve its traditions and roots.
